Juicing Offers Healthy Benefits.

At Vitaminchief, we think the easiest and fastest way to increase your fruit and vegetable intake is by consuming fresh fruit and vegetable juices.

Making fresh juice a part of a well-balanced, plant based diet is an important tool for achieving good health.

Read this post What is Nutrition?

  • Calorie reduction without nutrient deprivation
  • Promotion of healthy eating habits.
  • Delicious way to consume fresh produce
  • Floods the body with micronutrients.

Juicing offers many life-enhancing health benefits including a faster, more efficient way to absorb  immune boosting nutrients naturally found in fruits and vegetables.

It provides a way to access digestive enzymes typically locked away in the fiber matrix  of whole fruits and vegetables.

Most commercial juices are processed and lacking in nutrition while freshly juiced fruits and vegetables are loaded with an abundance of vitamins, minerals and phytonutrients.

Drinking fresh juice can help us adopt healthier eating patterns.

For those of us who do not traditionally consume many fruits and vegetables, incorporating fresh juice can be a fun and different approach to increasing consumption of these important plant foods for improved health and wellness and reaching your weight loss goals.

Personally I recommend the NutriBullet RX, It exceeds the abilities of standard blenders and juicers.

“Juice is too sugary” or “It won’t fill me up” are some common things we hear from skeptics.

What makes juice so special?

While fiber is an established, important part of an overall healthy diet, removing the insoluble fiber allows for increased absorption of specific health promoting phytonutrients including enzymes, while the soluble fiber  persists into the juice.

By removing the fibers and consuming fruits and vegetables in liquid form .

We are providing a nutrient delivery system to our bodies that allows individuals who would otherwise have difficulty consuming whole vegetables, the opportunity to reap the benefits vegetables have to offer.

That’s it for today guys .I hope you enjoyed this post,”Juicing Offers Healthy Benefits”.

I personally have been juicing over two years, and it has done wonders for me and my  health. Thanks for stopping by vitaminchief.com . Take care guys.

  1. Yummy, this post has helped clarify some healthy eating habits for me. I didn’t know that drinking juice can help set the stage for me to adopt healthier eating patterns. And thank you for providing the information that store bought juice isn’t as healthy as they would make you believe. Reading this information makes me want to go out and buy a juicer and start drinking more fruit vegetable juice at home.

    1. Hello Chris thanks for stopping and I am very happy that my post was able to clarify some things .That is a bloggers dream tosolve problems for their readers. Thanks for leaving your valuble input.

  2. So is vitaminchief the manufacturer of juicing appliances? If they are, where can we buy one, or should we simply go to the vitaminchief website? One more question. I have done some juicing in the past (I suppose everyone has at some time) Do you like to use the peels from the fruits and veggies, or do you use a juicer that separates the peels? My juicer separated them, and it is quite a mess to clean the juicer.

    1. 3. There are so many perks to juicing.. It’s good to stop buying juice from the store, as most of it is almost entirely sugar! When I learned how to read those labels, I was appalled the amounts they the put in it. Natural is the way to go, and with juicing yourself, it’s the only way to know for sure what you are getting.

    1. Thanks for stopping by Jen and leaving your valuable comments they are appreciated and please keep coming by.

  4. Great post – juicing is awesome.

You did mention that the commong juices are not really juices – they are merely stuffed with fillers and not much real juice.

Your blender recommendation seems legit. The most awesome perk of juicing has to be the convenience factor. You waste more time by eating the fruits or veggies – liquid form makes getting your daily dose of vitamins that much easier.

Do you think the cleaning part would be a problem though?
