What is Tumeric Powder?

Tumeric is a traditional Indian spice (root) belonging to the ginger family which is used in day to day preparing of meals and dishes.

Tumeric helps promote weight loss and reduce the incidence of obesity. Tumeric powder is fat soluble you can use it with items like fried chips or non-vegetarian food items.

Sprinkling tumeric powder over cuts,or burns speeds up the healing process.

Applying numeric powder on your face will reduce wrinkles and prevents pimples and other skin related problems.

4. Tumeric powder for cough,cold and throat issues.

Add half a teaspoon of numeric powder along with half a teaspoon of black pepper to milk and boil well,add a little sugar and mix.

This will cure chronic cough and throat irritations.
