  1. I recently lost about twenty pounds and I feel so much better than I did when I was lugging around that extra weight. You are spot on in saying that physical health is the result of diet and exercise. You can lose weight if you only diet or if you only exercise, but it won’t result in optimal health. I think diet is probably more important because it is so easy to eat greasy fatty nasty foods. I don’t know why we’ve created this culture for ourselves but I sure hope we start to come up with some healthier speedy options than fast food joints. What kind of foods do you recommend we snack on when we don’t have much time to prepare?

    Having good health is fundamental to achieving your potential and living life to the full, so it’s vital that a person takes care what they eat and drink and gets serious about making time to exercise.

    These are good healthy habits to learn while you are young as it’s harder to change when you are older but it can be done but you have to be prepared to work at it.

    So whatever age you are, the sooner you form healthy habits, the better it is for you.
